MEET OUR FOUNDER

Josh McClure is a Certified Safety Professional and an Associate Safety Professional with 20 Years of experience in safety across multiple industries. Raised in the Midwest, Josh started working as a millwright in the late 1990s and eventually enlisted in the U.S. Army in October of 2001. Josh deployed to Iraq in 2003 and 2005 as a Combat Engineer, then transitioned to the National Guard and became an Aviation Officer. As a 1st Lieutenant, Josh served in Afghanistan from 2011 to 2012 as a Pilot in Command and Flight Operations Officer for a CH-47D company in eastern Afghanistan. Upon returning to the United States, Josh began working as the Safety Director and later Vice President of Safety for PMI Nebraska, based in Grand Island, Nebraska. Josh retired from the National Guard as a Captain in 2018 and is currently the President of Kinetic Safety and Wellness.
